Senator Halford moved and asked unanimous consent that HOUSE                   
BILL NO. 478 An Act allowing licensed real estate brokers,                     
associate real estate brokers, and real estate salespersons to prepare         
certain documents; and providing for an effective date be placed at            
the bottom of today's calendar.  Without objection, it was so                  
ordered.
